This is a classic Swedish fibula (also called a suit buckle, shawl pin or suit pin), in this case made of silver.
This specific model, with a round ring, three engraved balls and a trumpet or funnel-shaped end where the pin is attached, is a traditional folk ornament. It was historically used to fasten together folk costumes, the ends of shawls or costume clothing. Similar examples have stamps dating back to the early 20th century.

Christianstad is the older spelling for Kristianstad in Skåne. The text reveals that M. Sjögren probably ran a local gold, watch or jewelry shop in the town during the late 19th or early 20th century. The word Import on the lining indicates that the shop not only sold local crafts but also imported high-quality goods from abroad, which was common for finer establishments at the time.
