What you have in the picture is a three-stone gold ring, often called a trilogy ring. This classic design features three stones (usually diamonds) set in a row, traditionally symbolizing the past, present, and future.
The ring has a timeless, older design with a claw setting (so-called kronserting) which is very common for Swedish vintage rings from the 20th century. The ring band is made of yellow gold, while the setting around the stones is often made of white gold or platinum to highlight the white luster of the stones.
