We have now produced a test model of a new model of a one and a half storey house of approximately 96 square meters on the ground floor and approximately 60 square meters on the upper floor.
The dimensions are 8x12 meters.
The frame is made entirely according to the drawing, but since it is a wooden frame, it is easy to open up more window holes or maybe change
it to a large garage. This example is therefore fully manufactured and stands on our farm.
We can also help with transport.
Windows and doors are not included.
All packed in two packages covered with lightweight press.

2 gable tips
9 roof chairs
Building document plan, facade and section
The frame is constructed as follows (from outside to inside):
Standing nail batten 22X45 mm (so prepared for horizontal panel)
Windy type windscreen
Frame rule 45X195 mm.
All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.
PLEASE NOTE! Any pallet and pallet accessories seen in the picture are not included unless otherwise stated in the description.
