Fiber laser cutting equipment with luxurious technical configuration.
The equipment is about a year old and has been in production for a maximum of 30 hours according to the user, who is selling the machine due to a change in production strategy.
Current users can provide the buyer with support and assistance with starting up the machine if desired.
Information about the equipment:
In Bochu FSCUT8000A PLUS+ with HypCut, an advanced EtherCAT-based CNC system for fiber laser cutting.
The system offers, among other things, advanced cutting strategies, multiple piercing methods, slag management, vibration reduction.
Closed-loop control of cutting gas and support for automation
and intelligent production.
The machine is equipped with an intelligent BOCI BLT421 cutting head with vision camera. Integrated
Sensors provide real-time monitoring and rapid diagnostics of the cutting process.
The FSCUT8000A Plus+ vision system also enables visual handling of scrap sheet metal so that remaining
material on the cutting table can be identified and utilized more efficiently.
The high overall level is also noticeable in the machine's construction: strong welded machine bed,
Aluminum portal with low moving mass and good dynamics, servo drives and industrial components from, among others, Schneider, Motovario and SMC
The laser source is a Raycus CE version.
