The press brake is being sold on behalf of the municipality. The machine has been used for teaching purposes at a high school.
Mechanically it works in the hydraulics etc., but the control system is wrong for the machine. The software is for a 50 ton machine which means that it interrupts the pressing due to the speed of the boom, which means that you have to turn off the machine to get rid of the locking. This means that it can sometimes work as it should over a certain period of time but can also cause it to lock up time and time again. Therefore sold as a repair item or spare parts machine. No accessories such as tools or other things are included.
The buyer is responsible for removing the machine from the premises and lifting it for transport. The seller will arrange for the disconnection of electricity.
All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.
