New rules that make it possible to build detached buildings up to 25 sqm without a building permit. So called Attefallshus.
According to the drawing, it is a bathroom and large cottage kitchen area but there are no load-bearing walls so the floor plan can be changed as you wish. The outer dimensions of the house are 6.0 X 4.15 meters (25 sqm).
The house is delivered without a panel nailed on (not included), which means that the customer can decide for themselves what type of panel they want and whether it should be horizontal or vertical. You can also choose to clean the house if you want.
