Volvo 855 from 1993 is being sold on behalf of a government agency.
The car cannot be started, as soon as you open any door the alarm goes off and cannot be deactivated with the alarm box that is available. Therefore being sold as a repair item or spare parts car. No test has been carried out, not documented by the auction company.
